Questions we hear

How is this different from the contractor’s own QA?

The contractor reports on itself. We work only for you: independent checks, written records, and the authority to stop non-conforming works before they are covered up.

How often are you on site?

From two scheduled visits a week to daily presence at critical stages — the cadence is agreed in the contract, plus unannounced checks.

Can you join a project already under way?

Yes. We start with a status audit: what is built, what deviates from design, what risks sit ahead — then supervise from that baseline.

What does supervision cost?

Typically 3–6% of construction cost or a fixed monthly fee, depending on project scale and visit cadence.
