Questions we hear

Can we live in the property during renovation?

For full renovations we recommend not to — it is faster and cheaper to vacate. For phased works we isolate zones, control dust and agree quiet hours in writing.

How do you handle community and building approvals?

We prepare and submit the NOC package to your community developer or building management and Dubai Municipality where required — it is part of the contract, not your task.

What does a renovation cost per square metre?

Premium turnkey renovation in Dubai typically runs AED 3,500–7,000+ per m² depending on scope and materials. After a site visit you get a positions-based estimate fixed in the contract.

How long will it take?

An apartment: 3–5 months. A villa: 6–12 months depending on structural scope. The date is in the contract, with weekly progress reports against it.
